PAYMENT PROCESSOR

AMERESCO, Inc., the leading provider of energy efficiency and renewable technology solutions currently seeks a Payment Processor to join our team based in Spokane, WA. Will be responsible for leading the check processing payables function as well as mailroom functions.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Keep an accurate log of all departments postage cost, reconciling accounts daily/weekly/monthly

· Recommends Service Enhancements & Value add to clients

· Produce and submit customer payment checks to proper vendors

· Implement internal controls to assure quality and effective service delivery

· Ensure production targets onsite are met daily, weekly, monthly

· Manage mailroom operations: sorting and timely distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail daily

· Coordinate postage costs and inventory

· Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies

· Perform other duties as required

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Associates’ degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

· Prior experience within a billing or data processing customer service work environment

· Solid computer proficiency utilizing MS Office. Advanced Excel skills helpful

· Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

· Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing

· U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required

· May be required to pass security clearance investigation

.
