Description:Responsible for aggressive prospecting of new brokers in assigned territory Obtains approval packages on new mortgage brokers Responsible for soliciting new loan files from approved mortgage brokers in assigned territory Provides on-going customer service support to mortgage brokers Communicates and trains mortgage brokers on MBS’s product, policies and procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines; must maintain a minimum funding ratio of 60% Actively manages the loan pipeline from origination to closing Establishes and maintains an effective territory plan of attack for consistent mortgage broker contact and provides a written report of sales call activities to the sales manager
