This position will perform basic operation tasks utilizing the telephone to work primarily with internal clients or support groups. The Operations Processor will operate brokerage operations systems, clearing firm systems, the internet, and other bank systems required to process transactions. The Operations Processor will research and resolve basic operations issues and routine reconciliations within assigned functional area. The Operations Processor will effectively process a queue of pending work items. They will demonstrating sufficent attention to quality and timeliness that is consistent with established Service Level Agreements and internal policies and procedures. Some basic call center background is preferred. Basic brokerage industry and trust knowledge is preferred. Must demonstrate understanding of general documentation required to process securities and brokerage transactions. Must have knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook.
