Operations Associate - Wealth Management

Job Purpose:

To provide outstanding operational support to a Wealth Management firm servicing middle to high net worth clients.

 

Duties:

* New account processing

* Asset transfer tracking

* Licensing and continuing education tracking

* Management of paperless office database

* Directly handling client service requests

* Overseeing office management functions

* Quarterly fee billing

* Maximizing industry technology and office hardware to serve operational needs.

 

You will work closely with the operation manager and advisors to improve and document operational protocols.  You will direct the activities of support personnel serving operational functions.  You will utilize your problem solving abilities to help resolve client service matters.

 

You will be expected to stay current in practice management topics by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Series 6, 7, 63, & 24 are highly valued.  Bachelor's or equivelant industry experience are required.  Customer service, process improvement, decision making, managing processes, workflow management, planning, problem solving, experience interacting with clients.
