Essential Functions:Coordinate and manage affiliate traffic relationships (email marketers, publishers of data, list managers and cross promotional affiliate sites)Oversee expansion and development of new, direct affiliate partnershipsReport quantitatively and qualitatively to managementDevelop cohesive marketing campaigns across branded and non branded sitesEnsure marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives Manage the monetization of unused affiliate traffic through backend offersPerform market research and competitor analyses

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.2+ years experience in online marketing and/or lead acquisitionStrong organizational skills, time management and ability to multitaskHighly self-motivatedProblem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional levelTechnical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research, promotions/advertisingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)Web Analytic, Multivariate Testing and Landing Page Optimization experience a plus.Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization is a plus Basic HTML knowledge needed (CSS and other coding is a plus)Financial industry experience a plus
