Payex, an established company in the Grandview area, has an immediate opening for an office assistant/customer service representative. In business since 1996, Payex has helped thousands of small businesses accept non-cash forms of payment such as credit and debit cards, gift and loyalty cards and checks.

 

We are currently searching for a full-time office assistant to work at our Columbus, OH location. This position has a strong focus on the internet and e-commerce, and will combine typical CSR duties with administrative work. Our ideal candidate has prior customer service and/or administrative experience with the ability to learn quickly and complete duties with little supervision.  Some internet marketing knowledge and experience is preferred but not required. 



Job Responsibilities Include:   Customer Service – answer incoming phone calls, assist customers in ordering process, follow-up with customers as needed Website Maintenance – ensure current products are available, research new products and competitor pricing Inventory Management – bi-annual inventory counts & re-ordering of supplies as needed Prepare & Ship Orders – Daily preparation for carrier pickup Various Errands – Pickup mail, water plants, make coffee, etc. Answer & Route Phone Calls Research, Track and Develop relationships with our vendors Light Technical Support – will be fully trained

Our ideal candidate is smart, has a strong knowledge of the internet and an excellent personality. Familiarity with SEM, SEO and marketing is preferred. In addition, you must be:
