Best of all, our culture is open, innovative and responsive to our associates.Job Description Responsibilities:Provide leadership for Not-for-Profit & Foundation Services; develop a strategic program for Not-for-Profit & Foundation Services throughout the UMB St. Louis market area marketing products, services and administration of accounts; facilitate relationship enhancement with clients by managing a calling program for Not-for-Profit & Foundation Services; identify market trends as they apply to Not-for-Profit & Foundation Services introduce and generate revenue for multiple UMB lines of business to all Not-for-Profit & Foundation Services client and prospects; coordinate opening of new accounts upon the receipt of acceptable documents, gathers assets and obtains any elements. performs required account reviews; participates on committees, attends meetings and functions as deemed necessary by Management; informs and communicates directly with Community Redevelopment Act (CRA) officer regarding activities, services and other actions as required to comply with Community Redevelopment Act (CRA); meets with representatives of nonprofit organizations for new business development and opportunities for UMB Banking, Treasury Management, Investment & Wealth Management, Consumer Services and Commercial Services; observe & identify programs and facilities that enhance UMB?s community development; keep current on Federal & State legislation regarding Not-for-Profit and Foundation Services; maintain and live tenants of The Unparallel Customer Experience (TUCE) for both internal & external customers; provides relationship enhancement through monthly customer contact by phone, in person, or correspondence; identify as prospects at Not-for-Profit organizations their Board of Directors for specific introduction to Private Banking associates; develops relationships with center of influences such as attorneys, financial advisors, and accountants that enhance business opportunities; achieve annual financial goals as stated in the annual Business Plan & Performance Objectives; participates in seminars and other forums to enhance relationships with nonprofit board members and directors; actively update, maintain and keep current on Clientlink; models leadership behaviors in order to instill those behaviors into the culture of Investment & Wealth Management; remains current and maintains any continuing education requirements necessary for compliance and current license and certifications; coordinate monthly account reviews with members of Investment & Wealth Management teammates as well as related line of business as needed; initiates and leads pre-call plan for client and prospect meeting for all Not-for-Profit Foundation Services; holds monthly group meetings with Investment & Wealth Management teammates and Commercial Client Managers (meeting to include prospect activity and review of current client strategies); create a framework for relationship enhancement that provides maximum value to the client.Requirements:Must have 7-10 years experience in private foundation, nonprofit or trust administration; extensive knowledge of Trust, Investment and Bank products and services; background in Trust or Financial Planning, particularly Not-for-Profit and Foundation Services; working knowledge of investments, banking and credit; good organizational and management skills (e. g. coaching, teaching, supervisory); good work habits and attendance. https://recruiter.kenexa.com/umb/cc/CCJobDetailAction.ss?command=CCViewDetail&ccid=bupJEdUjsTs%3D&job_REQUISITION_NUMBER=27414 .
