Non Technical Business Analyst with Finance Background

My client is the 6th largest commercial bank in the United States. The company operates 2,542 banking offices and 4,895 ATMs, and provides a comprehensive line of banking, brokerage, insurance, investment, mortgage, trust and payment services products to consumers, businesses and institutions. Special Project Consultant- Bellevue, WA or St. Paul, MN- ST01  Summary/Responsibilities: Utilize workflow tools (productivity reporting, time tracking, statistics reporting, staffing models, capacity planning models, process mapping, and simulation software) Provide efficiency/productivity recommendations to bank operations as an internal consultant Ensure productivity improvement goals are met Recommend revisions to internal productivity/quality programs. Conduct analysis of business needs with SME’s, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.  Utilize PC software including database, word processing, spreadsheet, process mapping and presentation software packages to communicate, illustrate, measure and facilitate process improvement. Contribute to the development and implementation of long range production re-engineering changes, operational projects, and standardization of operational procedures.   Required Skills: MS in Industrial Engineering and 1-3 years of work experience/ BS in Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of work experience.
