Job Title: Network/Telecom Specialist Location: Fort Worth - Overton
General Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting the bank’s network infrastructure with an emphasis on telephone hardware, software, and billing.
Basic Qualifications – Required:High school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least 2-3 years experience supporting multiple site PBX/switch systems, VOIP, centralized answering, DIDs and a Call Center.
Network LAN/WAN support in a MPLS environment desired.Server maintenance and patch management experience desired.
