Primary Characteristics: The basic function of this position is to develop computer applications utilizing the Microsoft .NET group of programming languages. This position will work alongside other developers in the EverBank Technology Department. Essential Functions: * Develop computer applications as per specifications, and following appropriate procedures and frameworks. * Sr. developer reponsible for design and execution of propritary applications supporting our retail banking division. Manages the coding of Jr. Developers while reponsible for developing framework applications reside on.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirements): * 5+ years of .Net development experience in an enterprise enviorment, focus on ASP and C#.* Advanced level of knowledge of the complete Microsoft Visual Studio family of computer programming languages. * Advanced level knowledge of SQL Server. * Knowledge of change control technologies such as Source Safe and VS 2005 Team Foundation Server * Ability to work both independently and as part of team of developers required. * Must be able to adhere to a production schedule defined in cooperation with management and other team members. * Must be able to communicate extremely well with other employees at all levels. There will be minimal outside contact required in fulfilling the duties of this position. Training and Experience: * Minimum 7 years experience with the required products mentioned above, preferably in a financial services or similar environment. * Microsoft Certified Solution Developer training or certification preferred, but not required. * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field required, or appropriate verifiable experience.
