TWC will work with you to help identify the contract or permanent opportunity that best suits your career goals. .NET Developer EXPERIENCE LEVEL:  4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience.  DESCRIPTION:   Acts in a high-level technical role as a designer for major computer applications utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Designs platforms, writes code, and develops tests. Leads multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. May act as project/team lead. This position is as a team lead for a group of .NET developers in addition to working directly with the business gathering requirements. Excellent communication skills are required. This position will be 75% requirements gathering, design, mentoring and 25% coding. People skills are as important as technical skills.  Candidate must be comfortable in communicating directly with business customers while gathering requirements, writing use cases, creating UML diagrams and object oriented / Domain Driven designs. Candidate will be the lead developer of project teams consisting of a Project Manager, Applications Engineer, Database Administrator, Business Analyst and other developers. Candidate will be responsible for creating, and assuring the following of, architecture and development standards. Candidate should be task-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to meet several concurrent deadlines.   REQUIRED SKILLS: Five or more years developing object oriented .NET and ASP.NET applications using C# in Visual Studio .NET. Seven or more years of experience designing and implementing Object Oriented Applications using Object Oriented Design patterns following Agile and Test Driven Design practices. Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server including experience writing stored procedures and DTS packages. A working knowledge of BizTalk 2006, Crystal Reports, Business Objects as well as DB2 and Oracle databases is required.
