Mortgage Servicer

We are looking for a Mortgage Servicer to carry out financial and regulatory responsibilities such as calculate mortgage loan payoffs, discharge mortgage and equity loans, effectively problem solve customer issues relating to payment history, escrow receipts and disbursements and account maintenance.
The qualified candidate will have the ability to prioritize. Ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to process confirmatory discharges for mortgage and equity loans. A demonstrated understanding of Mortgage Lending Regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through, accuracy; effective clerical and PC skills.
