The successfull candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years mortgage underwriting experience and thorough understanding of underwriting policies and procedures including knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FMLMC guidelines and standards.

Applicant must have  Direct Endorsement (DE) certification to be able to

underwrite FHA loan products. Essential skills include: strong

attention to detail, proactive and timely communication to

customers and business partners, superior interpersonal and
