The Opportunity:



Hartford Financial Services, Inc. is seeking 4 experienced sales agents for our new Schaumburg, IL location.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience, licensed or willing to be licensed by the state, and have a professional attitude.

 

We’re looking for motivated, self-starting professionals to join our team.  As an organization, we are different from others as we support our team with training, regular staff meetings, and we provide sales leads through our on location out-bound telemarketing department as well as in-bound calls through our direct weekly mailers nationwide.  Full benefits are available.

 

Description of Activities and Responsibilities:

As a loan originator, one will be responsible for following up on an in-state or out of state lead by scheduling appointments, analyzing client’s information, making product recommendations and providing ongoing service.  They can help clients meet their financial needs through the array of loans and financial products available to them.

 

Requirements: Previous solid sales experience  Jr. loan officers will be required to work a minimum of 2 nights per week to receive Hot-Transfer leads from our on-site telemarketing team The ability to produce and manage a high volume of loans Possess excellent sales, communication, organization, and follow up skills Self motivated and starter and a team player  Bi-lingual is a plus
