Job Description

 

This selected person will develop and implement a proactive recruitment strategy, conduct both phone and in-person interviews while reviewing applicant credentials, assess qualified candidates and partner with the L.O. hiring manager to determine interview needs. The experienced recruiter will oversee the new hires to ensure the company’s policies, procedures and practices are consistent. Knowledge and skills in the following is helpful in the field:

 

·       Presentation of job opportunities

·       Utilizing job boards, recruiting, and other networking/sourcing tools.

·       Organization and multi-tasking

·       Leadership skills

·       Clear, concise verbal and written communication ability with excellent follow-through

·       Attention to detail

·       Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build  trust-based relationships with new hires

·       Technical knowledge of Mortgage Banking file flow

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical savvy in mortgage lending software or ability to learn new programs flawlessly
