-          effectively work with branches, loan officers,  processors and  title company closers to insure a smooth closing  process

-          order legal documents accurately from law firm

-          review legal doc’s received from law firm for errors prior to emailing to title companies

-          order wire request from warehouse banks

-          approve hud’s on all loan types with special emphasis on FHA loans

-          review executed closing documents for accuracy and issue funding numbers on all loans to title company closers

-          work overtime if needed, flexible schedule required

-          Effectively do the above on a min 50-60 closings/month

-          Understand investor/FNMA/FHLMC/HUD/VA guidelines
