Mortgage Inside Sales Account ExecutiveInside Sales Account Executives are responsible to develop and cultivate relationships with mortgage brokers offering a myriad of products including conforming “Aâ€� paper loans, conforming expanded products, and specializing in FHA. You are held responsible for monthly volume and unit quotas that directly result in commissions earned.Job Description Daily functions of the Inside Sales Account Executive include prospecting for new relationships in current broker shops, prospecting for new loans with existing brokers, and following up with brokers previously contacted in order to establish relationships. Also, reviewing and cleaning the pipeline, communicating with the Account Manager, following up with brokers, and calling on existing brokers.  Expectations    Â·   Our Inside Sales Account Executives are responsible for developing long-term and productive relationships with mortgage brokers through 3–4 hours of phone time per day  Â·   You will solicit and manage leads that are generated through the company as well as your own  Â·   As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will structure loans using our rate sheet and matrices in order to meet our underwriting guidelines  Â·   Our Inside Sales Account Executives also act as liaison between Assurity Financial Services, LLC. and the broker throughout all phases of the loan process Â·   This position offers 18bps on all conforming, FHA, Fannie and Freddie products, weekly pay, comprehensive training program, and marketing support Â·   Origination of new wholesale conforming business including broker signup  Â·   Provide Service Support for Wholesale Mortgage Brokers  Â·   40 broker contacts per day  Â·   Conduct webinar presentations and training on Assurity products and services  Â·   Maintain a current knowledge of the basic underwriting guidelines for all Assurity products offered  Â·   Must maintain 24 submissions a month, nothing less to help achieve sales goals. Requirements: ·   The successful candidate for this position will have 2+ years prior experience in FHA, Fannie, Freddie and conforming mortgage wholesale lending industry, preferably as a Wholesale Account Executive, Retail Loan Officer, Account Manager or Underwriter  Â·   A stable work history and proven ability to develop and manage a consistent client base Â·   Multi-tasking and superb organizational skills are required  Â·   The ability to demonstrate discipline in working within a structured lending environment is critical  Â·   Excellent communication and presentation skills are required  Â·   High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred  Aggressive compensation package!   To apply for this position, please visit the following link:  http://www.assurityfinancial.com/JobApplication/Apply_Now.asp?Recruit=1&JobID=283 View All Assurity Financial Services Opportunities
