Mortgage Escrow Officer

We’re looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to work as a Mortgage Escrow Officer for our sister company, Sonoran Title Services.  In this role you’ll perform all escrow duties, from opening to closing a file. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders to provide excellent customer service through frequent communication and meeting COE deadlines.   

 

Responsibilities:

  Manage your resale desk. Opening escrows Collecting earnest money deposits Clearing title Ordering payoffs Prepare HUD settlement statements Deeds, affidavits, releases, deeds of trust, notes, etc. Coordinating or conducting signings including notarization of documents Wrapping, closing packages for delivery to lenders for funding Disbursing funds and closing files according to lender instructions and state compliance requirements

Requirements: Ten years experience as Escrow Officer/Manager Ability to work independently with little supervision Strong communication and negotiating skills Ability to market for new and solicit referrals from existing contacts to generate new business Must have a proven existing book of business Licensed Arizona notary
