Mortgage Consultant

myHome Loans is looking for energetic, self-starting professionals with the drive, determination, and sales experience to work as a Mortgage Consultant for our brokerage firm. Duties: Originate residential mortgages through a network of relationships with realtors, builders, banks, financial planners, etc... Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines. Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in the time frames set by management.  Maintain high levels of customer service while managing each applicant's and support staff's expectations. Analyze clients' credit worthiness. Coordinate and assist when necessary in the processing and underwriting of the loan.

Qualifications: Sales experience Self Motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
