Mortgage Collections Specialist
The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years collection experience in residential and consumer loans. Must be proficient in word and excel. Excellent communication and negotiating skills. Flex hours - some evenings. Only aggressive collectors need apply.

Bankruptcy Specialist
Minimum one year experience as bankruptcy specialist. Responsible for monitoring and managing mortgage loans that are affected by Chapter 7, 11 or 13 bankruptcy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in fast paced, challenging work environment.

Asset Recovery
Specialist
Responsible for collection of charged off, unsecured real estate deficiency balances with limited or no equity. Minimum two years of collection experience, incl. investigating,
recommending and expediting legal action against delinquent
accounts. Excellent communication and negotiating skills a must.
