Develops and leads the Electronic Mail Messaging and Communication team in continuing professional growth, maintaining a high level of competency and responsiveness to client needs.

Motivates team to maximize their potential while focusing on the team's goals.

Responsible for mentoring team and providing opportunities for the team to expand their knowledge.

Responsible for technical strategy for related messaging and communication platforms. Maintains and executes this strategy.

Proactively researches messaging and communication technologies relevant to the organization; makes recommendations based upon this research.

Responsible for hands-on work related to the messaging and communication platforms.

Strategize with business units to identify, investigate, prioritize and implement technology solutions that support strategic business requirements.

Leads team to manage key strategic vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, service level delivery and product development.

Effectively communicates with team, peers and JFG. Builds relationships to help foster strong working relationships.

Assists with annual technology budget for Messaging and Communication.

Participate in educational opportunities to keep current with industry trends and advancements, including regular review of periodicals and on-line news groups, conferences and professional groups.

Adheres to and supports all necessary regulatory measures.Required Experience



B.S. degree or equivalent with 6-8 years progressively responsible experience.

Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teammates, vendors and clients.

Previous experience with Exchange or SharePoint is required. Previous experience with other communication technologies is a plus.

Creative vision of technology solutions.

Ability to independently handle multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines and maintain quality.
