Member Services Assistant Manager

Financial professionals is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Member Services Assistant Manager. HOURS: Full Time: Availability M-F 7:45-6:15 Saturdays 8:45-1:15 Hours may vary depending upon lobby and branch needs for coverage and back-up support. Hours subject to changes. PAY RANGE: $15.00-$17.00/hour SUMMARY: Assists the Member Services Manager in all facets of duties necessary to run the department. Acts as manager in manager's absence. Assists in the supervision and coordination of personnel involved in performing internal operations in department by performing the following duties. Additional Responsibilities Include: · Supervise lobby staff, referring to Manager when appropriate. · Assists with problems and/or complaints, referring to manager when appropriate. · Assists members in person and by phone along with completing application forms and opening new account products, debit/atm card issues, identity theft/fraud accounts, processing loan applications. · Training existing and new employees. · Creates policies and procedures/manages BSA requirement as directed by Manager. Tests software upgrades/revisions. Assists in special projects as assigned. · Cross sales; solicits sale of new or additional products. · Reviews and prepares timecards for manager prior to payroll processing. Assists Manager in developing Employee Warning Notices and Annual Performance Evaluations. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer and typing skills required. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend instructions, detailed correspondence, and memos. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to members, vendors, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to compute rates and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
