Member Service Representatives - Bank Teller

We are seeking friendly, dedicated part-time Teller/Member Service Representatives (MSRs) to join our winning team! MSRs are charged with providing extraordinary member service, following the standards as set forth in our T.E.A.M.S. commitment to earn a smile with every transaction. MSRs also perform teller transactions &  refer members to products/services anticipating the members’ financial needs.

Telhio offers a training class, competitive pay, paid incentives,  paid vacation &  holidays,  and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Telhio also has a company matching 401(k) plan(after 6 months of service). 

 

Candidates must have effective communication skills, organizational skills, wonderful customer service skills and posses a Team Attitude! Candidate must also be dependable and flexible. Previous sales, cash handling, and banking experience desirable. Candidate must have a HSD/GED,  be able to operate equipment such as a computer/ adding machine and successfully complete the Telhio training course.



Telhio applicants must be able to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen,  Bondability, & Criminal Background.  Must also be to able to work rotating Saturdays, each month generally 8:30 - 1:30 PM.

Positions Currently Available at Telhio’s following locations:

 

East Office

1 Part- time MSR. Hours will fall between 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday Through Friday and Saturdays 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. 24 - 35 hours a week.

Northland Village (Morse/Carl) Office

1 Part- time MSR. Hours will fall between 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday Through Friday and Saturdays 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. One position will equal 35 hours per week and one will equal 21-25 hours per week.

North (Worthington) Office

1 Part- time MSR. Hours will fall between 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday Through Friday and Saturdays 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. 25 hours a week.

Downtown Office

2 Part- time MSR. Hours will fall between 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday Through Friday and Saturdays 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. 24 hours a week.

While performing the duties of this job, you will need to have good manual dexterity as well as speaking and hearing ability. It is expected that the employee will read, compile, compute and record numerical and statistical data.
