We are currently seeking professional Member Service Representatives to respond to member inquires pertaining to products and services and assist members in balancing accounts and researching account problems, as well as cross selling credit union financial products and services. We offer excellent benefits, including free gym membership and free parking. No phone calls please!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Educate potential new members about benefits of JHFCU products and services and subsequently establish their membership.
Create new and/or replacement ATM and/or Visa Check cards.
Create and service IRAs and Share Certificates.
Establish and/or change payroll deduction and direct deposit requests.
Process, issue, and service loans.
Qualified candidates must successfully pass criminal background and credit checks.
