Basic Responsibilities:
Â
Provides service and information to members in the areas of lending, new accounts, and solving account problems. Is responsible for processing members' deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, transfers initiated by phone or in person, and other miscellaneous member transactions efficiently and accurately.

Primary Duties:
 Provides in person and by phone, general and specific account and loan related information concerning Credit Union services and policies. Cross-Selling the credit union's products and services. Opens new accounts and services existing accounts. Sets up new account files and provides member with all necessary identification for membership. Handles all monetary teller transactions for members. Responds to members' requests, problems and complaints, and/or directs them to the proper person for specific information and assistance. Performs a variety of clerical duties which require knowledge of such department procedures. Maintains proper security of all negotiable items. Balances daily teller transactions and all other member transaction activity. May perform all internal operational activities pertaining to the Credit Union's VISA and IRA programs. Maintains all records and reports for both programs. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.
