Member Relationship / Financial Sales and Services

We have an opening for a Member Relationship Manager working from our Jacksonville, Florida office with extensive travel to credit union locations.

 

In this position you will sell and increase usage of products and services to both current and prospective credit union members through maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key credit union decision-makers.  Will regularly call on existing and potential members to determine needs, prepare and present proposals, and take action to resolve member concerns with product and service offerings.  Responsibilities include assisting in training /sales seminars and attending credit union functions such as chapter meetings, trade shows and conventions.

 

This position requires education equivalent to a college degree and 5 to 10 years of similar experience.  A strong aptitude for consultative selling and service with knowledge of marketing financial services preferred.  A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel independently required as this position requires a substantial amount of travel (up to 50%).
