Marketing Research and MCIF Analyst

EDS Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Research and MCIF Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters located in Plano, TX.

 

Position Overview:

Position will perform Marketing Research and MCIF Analyst functions which include but are not limited to:Ascertain and maintain required MCIF data to maximize market and member research. Example: demographics, core system data fields, etc. Coordinate data imports and maintain system integrity. Develop measurement criteria for marketing and sales programs in partnership with senior management. Prepare ROIs for marketing initiatives. Analyze and report program results to VP of Marketing and senior management. Include recommendations for refinement, if needed, for future efforts. Propose ideas for targeted marketing programs based on information derived from marketing databases and research. Create direct mail lists that will elicit a maximum response rate and minimize marketing expenses. Develop call lists for branches to aid in outbound sales efforts. Map and track membership base. Provide data, to third-party vendor, for annual member survey. Aid with survey coordination. Assist with monthly branch profitability reports. Manage special marketing projects. Support VP of Marketing and senior management to fulfill corporate marketing needs. Provide back-up for website modifications. Perform other duties as assigned.

 Prerequisites:College degree in marketing or equivalent experienceFive or more years of marketing research experienceComprehensive knowledge of an MCIF systemProficient in SQL, Access, and Excel Working knowledge of Word and Power Point10 key Ability to multi taskIn-depth analytical skills Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skillsThe ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trustAbility to work as a team with other departments
