Get a chance to make a difference in the lives of our customers. Rainier Pacific is seeking an energetic individual to lead the Marketing Department for Rainier Pacific. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:Provides leadership in the development of Rainier Pacific’s annual Marketing Department business planning.Directs the development, recommendation, and implementation of new methods to enhance service delivery to external and internal marketing customers. Directs and ensures the quality and effectiveness of marketing and promotional services (including measurement of such). Provides leadership in the development of and recommends to Senior Management Team short/long term marketing and planning strategies to promote the profitable growth and expansion of the bank’s presence and share of its target markets. Manages the research, analysis, and monitoring of; financial objectives, market pricing, product development, technological and demographic factors, for Rainier Pacific. Directs the operation of the Marketing Customer Information File system to produce monthly management and other research reports as necessary. Analyze data to determine marketing strategies and actions.Directs the development, implementation and analysis of customer research programs and presentation of findings.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership and management skills required. Demonstrated experience in the financial industry and sales environment preferred. Knowledge of the regulatory framework of banks/financial service providers. Position requires personal computer skills using word processing and spreadsheet programs (i.e., Word for Windows and Excel). Strong analytical skills required. Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) experience preferred.
