Market Data Sourcing Specialist Description UBS is a leading global financial services firm. Our Corporate Center partners with each business group around the world to ensure that they operate in an entrepreneurial fashion while following the strategic aims of the company. The jobholder acts as a sourcing professional to all UBS business areas. The candidate will be responsible for delivering market data sourcing services to these areas, with particular emphasis in MDS issues related to the use of exchange information within the bank. The sourcing responsibilities will include:Negotiate enterprise commercial deals with exchanges for internal and external usage of their data Act as UBS Vendor Relationship Manager with exchanges for MDS related issues.Form part of the exchanges audit group Advise and document exchange reporting/payment policies to ensure continued compliance to exchange policiesRepresent UBS at industry forums such as LIBA & FISD.Work closely with front office trading colleagues to implement/execute UBS exchange within the evolving trading landscape Manage staff when required. Further responsibilities include VRM responsibilities, contract reviews and negotiation with other third party vendors and the jobholder will work with the UBS legal team where necessary. The jobholder will provide advice to the business on contract licensing issues.
