Outstanding opportunity available for a Manager, Portfolio Management based in Cleveland, OH.An important member of our Portfolio Management - Healthcare team, you will provide expertise and guidance to junior staff members while: Performing financial analysis and underwriting document preparation in support of complex, multi-million dollar credit requests; analyzing all necessary documentation; and preparing future financial performance models, including down-side scenarios, of the prospective client Managing approvals related to lending commitments, amendments and waivers, while monitoring the financial performance of portfolio companies Monitoring accounts, making periodic site visits to assess management and business conditions, building successful account relationships and identifying potential problem accounts and taking steps to improve the bank's situation This position requires in-depth understanding of financial metrics, commercial banking and due diligence, as well as: Minimum 4-6 years' experience with large (with sales over $250 million) corporate, commercial or investment banking loan structuring (or 2-4 years with an MBA) Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related discipline (MBA preferred) Demonstrated skills in financial modeling, analysis, collateral valuation and data gathering CFA designation (preferred)Life at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
