The Commercial Group consists of multiple lines of business; related groups are: Commercial Real Estate Lending, Multi-Family Lending, Mortgage Banker Finance, Home Builder Finance, Commercial Asset Management and Capital Markets. Our goal is to enhance the lives of our customers, employees, shareholders, and communities by providing a full range of services including multi-family lending, commercial mortgage servicing, and commercial real estate lending. The Portfolio Analytical Review Manager responsibilities include: Management of a team responsible for completion of annual term loan reviews and risk rating of approximately 10,000 portfolio loans. Support Third Party Analytical Review Manager by line-balancing staff and familiarity with servicing agreement requirements. Oversee offshore vendor processes and insure compliance with Service Level Agreements. Development of business processes which insure compliance with all regulatory requirements, third party servicing agreements, internal credit requirements, and policies and procedures. Establish quality control and staff productivity measurements, monitoring and reporting. Institute regular review of business processes to identify improvements to maximize efficiency and control costs. Employ customer-focused decisions to maximize customer retention. Develop and mentor staff, including preparation of high talent individuals for additional responsibilities. Participate in suggestion and development of system enhancements to support changing business needs. Manage audits and coordinate research and responses. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred 5+ years of work related experience in the commercial real estate lending industry is preferred 5+ years of credit risk management, underwriting and credit administration is preferred 3+ years of previous supervisory experience is preferred Previous experience in business development of third party servicing is preferred Outstanding customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment, PC skills, and Microsoft ProductsWashington Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
