Apply today to join our team...YOU make the difference!This position is primarily responsible for:·          Supporting 3 to 4 Loan Officers·          Receiving, processing, and computer input of information supplied on loan applications·          Assembling completed documentation files for submission to underwriters·          Maintaining customer/third-party referrers contact throughout this process·          Will process approximately 30+ files a monthQualificationsRequired·          In-Depth knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations (FHA, VA Conventional, FHLMC, FNMA and private investor)·          Primary experience dealing with A-Paper or Prime portfolio·          In-Depth knowledge of mortgage loan underwriting criteria·          Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations·          Ability to operate PC and 10 key by touch·          Ability to type 50-60 wpm Prefer·          Good interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills·          Self Starter·          Team Player·          Excellent Customer Service Skills This level of knowledge is normally acquired through high school and a minimum of 5-6 years of mortgage loan processing experience, which should include 1-2 years prior operational support and/or loan documentation review experience in a mortgage lending institution or a real estate or title agency.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
