Assist the HighMark Funds marketing and distribution managers in implementation, coordination and completion of key projects and programs to increase the Bank’s proprietary mutual funds assets and revenue through internal and external distribution channels.
 
Major Responsibilities:
Produce and distribute monthly and quarterly performance reports. Coordinate internal legal and NASD review of the materials. Coordinate and manage “Request For Proposal” process received from Broker/Dealers to include HighMark Funds on firms’ platforms or select lists. Work with fund managers in developing and updating investment presentations. Oversee and manage the content of the HighMark Funds website. Support the fund wholesalers in execution of marketing programs as it relates to “HighMark Funds Marketing Partners Program”. Manage and coordinate fulfillment and distribution of materials for HighMark Funds. Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials.4 year College degree. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be detail oriented and organized. Have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Ability to work with different departments of the organization and all levels of management in gathering data and producing error-free documents. Possess good computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft office. Be a self-starter, motivated and adapt to working in a team environment. Minimum 2 years mutual fund or related industry experience.
