Lobby Services Manager
Oversees the new account and teller activity at the branch, ensuring that all applicable policies and procedures are followed.  Sells and/or refers Bank's products and services to customers and prospects, fosters a customer service/sales culture among branch personnel.  Ensures that branch adheres to all Bank deposit regulations.  Oversees all teller activities including scheduling, balancing, staff meetings, key and combination control, and security reviews and compliance.  Performs new account representative duties as required.  Performs teller duties as required.  Performs branch audits. Strong customer service/sales skills, new account and teller experience required. Prior management experience preferred.
