Loan Service Counselor - Albuquerque, NM
RESPONSIBILITIES: Collects on designated delinquent accounts. Maintains good customer relations with borrowers, and effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. Escalates calls to the RCC Management Team as needed. May be required to initiate external contact with customers or perform basic skip tracing. REQUIREMENTS: Typically requires a minimum of one year or more collections experience and/or customer service experience preferred. High School or equivalent certificate required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Monday thru Friday 3 days a week 8 am to 5 pm, 2 days a week 12 pm to 9 pm two Saturdays a month from 8 am to 12 pm.
