Loan Operations Rep
Growing Northeast Pennsylvania bank in need of a Loan Operastions Rep. Primary responsibilites the this position are:-Processing loan related mail payments -Initiating customer correspondence -Maintaining follow up for issues with payments received -Provide the highest quaity of service to every customer, both internal and externalEssential Duties:-Process loan payments based on system parameters for the specific loan application -Identy potential issues with payments and payoffs received, Initiate customer correspondence apprising them of the problem and perform a weekly follow up -Contact dealers regarding issues with payoffs and follow up to assure the issue is resolved -Prepare refund checks to customers for overpaid amounts remitted and updates the system addenda -File as neededHigh school deploma or educationa equivalent required. Good communcation skills, ability to operate a personal computer and job related software such as Word or Excel.
