Loan Operations Manager

The PrivateBank is a fast-growing company looking for an experienced individual to fill the Loan Operations Manager role in the Chicago Loop location.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

This individual will supervise a number of managers that oversee the day-to-day operations of Loan Servicing.  Loan Servicing will entail the daily functions of but not limited to:  loan setup, loan advance payments and posting, escrow analysis, HMDA and CRA reporting, tickler monitoring and resolution, collateral vault oversight, and UCC monitoring.  A number of these functions also have quality control measures built around them that also fall under the responsibility of this position. 

 

This position will administer and execute corporate policies and procedures as well as regulatory law.  Internal clients are the primary contact points of this department and are.  Quality service is an essential attribute of this Manager as well as the ability to develop or enhance the operational processes within this function to support high volume and sophisticated real estate and commercial loan transactions.  Strong managerial and organizations skills are essential. This person will also assist other project managers in conversion activities, formal process improvement and cross-bank standardization initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:College Bachelor degree is requiredPrevious managerial experience overseeing Loan Servicing operations in a commercial bank requiredStrong interpersonal and managerial skills are essentialProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook recommended
