Loan Documentation Quality Control Speciali Responsible for reviewing files for data integrity and compliance with company requirements and government regulations. Request missing information and tracks to make sure file is completed. Tracks non-compliance for reporting purposes. Other duties as assigned.Loan Doc QC Specialist I, N14 - Typically requires High School diploma or equivalent and 0 - 1 years related experience. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic knowledge of loan documents, compliance and regulations, and PCs.Loan Doc QC Specialist II, N15 - Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of loan documents, compliance and regulations, and PCs.Loan Doc QC Specialist III, N16 - Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline.
