Legal Collections Assistant

A vibrant, young company based in Eastlake, CA is seeking anenthusiastic, quick learner with some legal collection experience,familiar with advanced skip tracing techniques, comfortable makingcollection calls and a diligent eye for detail. Responsibilities:• Dealing with attorney support staff to obtain necessary updates• Utilize Microsoft Excel in updating existing and creating reports, table utilization preferred• Implement existing policies and procedures and adhere to FDCPA• Follow the legal flow of accounts and initiate the necessary next step• Breakdown files and extract the pertinent information for scanning• Heavy skip tracing and familiarity with different applicable software for the sameQualifications:• Strong proficiency in MS Office; NetSuite/Oracle CRM/ERP preferred.• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels in the organization.• Solid analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills.• Ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail.• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Professional demeanor and team player orientation.• Prefer BA/BS• A high degree of confidentiality required.• Applicants will be asked to undergo pre-employment credit, criminaland civil background investigations, employment verifications and drugscreens.
