Outstanding opportunity available for a Lead Finacial Analyst based in Cleveland, OH!Essential Job Functions:-Provides financial and accounting support for the South Puget Sound and Alaska districts including the four lines of business: Retail, Business Banking, Middle Market and Key Private Bank. - Responsible for forecasting and planning, management reporting and analysis, and facilitating the month end close process. - Act as the primary contact for the managers of these units, earning trusted advisor status by providing analysis and proactively generating ideas/results - Insightful financial commentary and analytics - Other responsibilities include: - Assist in preparation of budget transfers - Researching monthly variances and related system / data issues - Assist in creation of accurate annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts through development of supporting schedules - Create and distribute reporting to internal clients to assist in decision support. Examples include weekly snapshot of balance growth, monthly review of expenses, loan and deposit balances. Required Skills:- Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting. - Solid PC skills with proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Access - Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills - Prefer experience with major KeyCorp financial systems including MSA General Ledger, INEA Planning and Forecasting, KEIS and Portfolio Analytics.Life at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
