We are seeking applicants for our community bank who share our values. The Key Center Manager is responsible for maximizing the Key Center's productivity in loans, deposits and investments. While maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention; Manage a Key Center and individual Book of Business, and minimizing operating losses; Manage the human capital plans and resources within the Key Center by hiring to the appropriate staff; Provide leadership, coaching, ensure employees are trained, coach to performance; Reward performance and promote teamwork; Will be responsible for ensuring that the Key Center's compliant with bank policies and procedures; 70% of the Key Center Manager's time should be spent driving sales; 20% managing and coaching Key Center staff and 10% on client service. Job Function: o Ensures that the Key Center financial goals are met/exceeded. o Maintains active calling plan for Book of Business clients and prospects (minimum 5 daily) and business calling plan of outside calls (minimum 5 weekly). o Develops and effectively manages an internal and external Center of Influence (COI) base with minimum quarterly contact. o Ensures that the Key Center operations are running effectively and efficiently and client needs are being met. o Develop an annual market plan for the Key Center to maximize community visibility, production, and people resources. o Responsible for ensuring that the Key Center is staffed with team oriented, high performers who are fully trained on Key's products, sales, and service models.o Personally interview and selects all Operation Supervisors, Assistant Managers and Relationship Managers with involvement from Area Retail Leader. Uses coaching model on a daily basis to reinforce selling behaviors. o Responsible for being a visible community leader, developing a strong internal and external COI network with minimum quarterly contact and actively soliciting business through outside calling and direct sales. o Develop relationships with District Operations Leader, small business colleagues and other line of business partners. Focuses on cross selling and referrals. o Supports and communicates company initiatives (Key Investment Services (KIS), campaigns, strategy decisions, product and marketing initiatives). o Responsible for maximizing the Key Center's productivity in loans, deposits and investments. o Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. o Manage a Key Center and individual Book of Business, and minimizing operating losses. o Manage the human capital plans and resources within the Key Center by hiring to the appropriate staff. o Provide leadership, coaching, ensure employees are trained, coach to performance. Rewarding performance and promoting teamwork. o Responsible for ensuring that the Key Center is compliant with bank policies and procedures. o 70% of the Key Center Manager's time should be driving sales; 20% managing and coaching Key Center staff and 10% on client service. Required- Licensed or Unlicensed: o 2-4 year college degree or relevant experience o Leader/rainmaker/coach o Comprehensive understanding of financials (balance sheet) o Proven ability to lead a team to financial success o Demonstrated sales success o Strong knowledge of banking products o Strong coaching skills and general understanding of sales management o A general understanding of operations (audit, compliance, fraud, loss) o Willingness to be licensed, if needed in the Key Center Competencies for Success: o Drive for results: Can be counted on to exceed goals; is consistently a top performer; very sales and bottom line oriented; pushes self and others for results. o Client Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients; gets first-hand client information and uses it to translate needs into sales opportunities; acts with the clients best interest in mind; establishes effective relationships with clients and gains their trust and respect. o Interpersonal Skills: Relates well to all kinds of people; builds appropriate rapport; possesses excellent verbal and presentation skills, uses diplomacy and tact. o Negotiation skills: Can negotiate skillfully in tough situation with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; gains trust quickly of other parties; has a good sense of timing. *Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
