Banking/Real Estate/Mortgage Professionals Experience life at Key  KeyCenter Manager - KeyBank - Beaverton, OR Scope of the Position: Ensuring that KeyCenter financial goals are met and/or exceeded, you will maintain an active calling plan for book of business clients and prospects, develop and manage a market plan, and build up an internal/external COI base with minimum quarterly contact. You'll also interview and select a staff of team-oriented high performers who are fully trained on Key's products, sales, and service models; provide mentoring to encourage growth, development and effectiveness; lead team meetings; and develop excellent interaction with the District Operations Leader, small business colleagues and other line of business partners. Qualifications: Requirements for this role include 3-5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience, excellent knowledge of financial and banking products, strong leadership and business management skills, proven coaching and sales management abilities, general understanding of operations (KSAP, audit, compliance, fraud, loss), completion of a Business Banking certification within a year of hire, PC skills (including e-mail and spreadsheets), problem-solving abilities, a valid driver's license, and a college degree or equivalent.
