Junior Technical Analyst with banking experience & Java

We are going to hire several Technical and Business Analyst for a permanent position with experience in Financial sector (Banking) in Technology projects.
Must Have:
* Computer Engineering, Bs or Ms
* Experience in Banking/Financial Institutions
* Eligible and authorized to work in the US
* Java's Knowledge
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Contactable references
* Availability for 24x7 support
* Ability to jump into a project and contribute rapidly
Nice to Have:
* Experience in testing
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Ability to travel to Spain for training
