We are a full service company, delivering complete solutions including software design and programming, back office and legacy system integration, system training, technical support, and website design and development. We offer a friendly workplace with casual dress code, challenging and interesting work, excellent compensation, including full benefits and excellent career opportunity.   We are located in Manhattan in an exciting location near Wall Street. DescriptionThis position will have overall responsibility for managing existing/new customer accounts.  Responsibilities involve ensuring successful and timely leadership of client projects, which includes gathering and documenting business requirements, translating customer requirements into specific technical requirements, assembling system documentation, coordination of software development life cycle, understanding client issues and communicating status, developing project plans and tracking deliverables, facilitating communication between all groups involved to coordinate the transfer of technical specifications, and coordinating resolution of any pre-implementation issues. QualificationsBachelor's degree (CS, CIS, MIS or engineer major preferred) required and 1-3 years experience in information technology.  A minimum of one year of external client project management experience is required. Prospective applicants must also possess familiarity with SQL, web/applications and architecture. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills required, as well as strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully maintain client relationships are also required.  Working knowledge of MS Project and Visio is desired.  Experience within the payments industry is a plus.
