Job Openings:

Bank Teller/Sales Associate
As a Bank Teller/Sales Associate, you will work with TCF customers promoting, selling and answering requested information on retail products, services and Bank regulations. Cross-sell TCF Bank products, programs and services. Maintain targeted cross-sell/products referral goals. Initiate and open new accounts. Maintain good customer relation by answering customers’ questions and concerns. Accurately process, closely verify and promptly key all transactions in manner, which maintains TCF Bank standards and high level of customer service.
Management Team Members (Supervisor and Assistant Manager)
Supervisor and Assistant Managers will coordinate, participate in and supervise branch office operations including the teller line and banking sales department during designated shift. Ensure personnel promote and cross-sell TCF Bank products, programs and services. Maintain good customer relation by answering customers’ questions and concerns. Share overall responsibility for branch sales goals attainment with management team. Coach, train, provide work direction and communicate feedback to Bank tellers/Sale Associates. Ensure branch personnel are trained in policies and procedures, federal and state laws.

TCF Bank is open seven (7) days a week from 8:00am - 8:00pm.



Requirements:Bank Teller/Sale Associate
1 year of work experience preferred Must be at least 17 years of age Proven sale record or strong interest in sales Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers Promote positive image of TCF Bank The ability to perform necessary calculations Bilingual Spanish PreferredManagement Team Members (Supervisor and Assistant Manager)
1 year minimum of related management experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proven Sale record in goal driven environment or interest in sales Excellent decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
