Item Processing Supervisor
The Item Processing Department of Banking Operations has an open position for a Supervisor. Responsibilities of this position include managing the day to day operations of the department; provide direction and supervision to departmental personnel; maintain weekly timesheets, manage salary and performance reviews, issue resolution and communications; review, recommend and implement new methods and procedures; act as liaison between various departments within the bank and; assist department manager as needed.
Qualified candidates should have a solid understanding of the check collection system; must have strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and analytical problem solving skills; excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in supervising people to include the ability to resolve employee issues or other issues that may arise with minimal supervision.
