Investment Sector Sales Representative marcus evans' Summit division is currently seeking an Investment Sector Sales Representative who is committed to excellence and long-term employment. Your principal responsibility will be to contact some of the world's leading Asset Managers, in order to facilitate their participation at our Summits.  On-track earnings for an Investment Sector Sales Representative are between $60-80K+ over the first 12 months of employment. As a marcus evans Investment Sector Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building a client base by contacting top-level decision makers, as well as cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with companies interested in actively participating in a leading role at some of the world's most prestigious executive-level business and economic sector-based marketing events. In this role, you will act as their trusted liaison, offering various participation solutions/options based upon the prospective client's specific business and operational needs. You will propose solutions in order to facilitate them directly reaching their prospective "buy-side" target audience at the Summit, in addition to illuminating the economic benefits of their participation (cost/benefit analysis). In order to prepare you for this challenging and exciting career, you will take part in our comprehensive training program, which focuses on product knowledge, developing proven, effective sales skills and business development tools. Core competencies / Skills: Â· Excellent verbal communications skills.· Superb "closing" skills.· Fearless – you are not intimidated by the challenge of "pitching" a CEO or president of a company about their direct involvement at some of the world's most prestigious, executive-level business and economic sector-based marketing events – simply "Attitude Is Everything ".· The drive to exceed expectations and outperform your peers.· Develop/build your own client base – utilizing proven sales techniques including: research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing.· Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.· Driven.· Confident.· Demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed goals.· Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.· Ability to think creatively, cohesively, independently.· You should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude.· Having a strong, successful track record in sales (is a definite asset).
