For more information, please visit www.prudential.com Position reports to the Senior Affordable Underwriter in McLean Virginia, and candidate will also remotely support our Affordable Underwriter in Newark. Candidate will work with the loan team: analysts, junior underwriters, loan and closing officers, borrowers, legal counsel, vendors and related parties. Position entails coordinating all due diligence processing requirements for multifamily loans and strong organizational skills, be a strong self starter, work independently as well as in a group environment, and have the ability to multi-task and manage high volume workload from time to time. Position requires strong organizational skills and candidate must be very detail oriented and be able to work with demanding borrowers and investors. Familiarity with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac multifamily conventional and/or affordable loan processing programs is a plus. Some travel may be required for site inspections.
