Role Overview
The primary role of the Investment Banking Senior Analyst is to support the Principal in delivering sell side Investment Banking Services to privately owned companies.​ The Investment Banking Senior Analyst will have experience in selling privately owned companies including contacting potential buyers, performing market research, preparing offering documents and all other aspects of selling a privately owned company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Analyze financial information of a privately owned company.
* Assist Principal in client meetings and presentations.
* Perform market research of deals and pricing parameters.
* Continuing education and advancement of skills.
* Contact and qualify potential strategic and financial buyers.
* Prepare offering documents.
* Perform other tasks as requested by the Principal.


Required Education and/or Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent degree.
* Strong Microsoft office suite skills.


Required Skills and Knowledge

* Knowledge of investment banking process.
* Analytical, yet creative thinking to enable effective decision-making.
* Strong goal orientation/​self-motivation.
* Ability to handle pressure in a positive professional manner.
* Excellent interpersonal skills-client service orientation.
* Solid written communication skills to enable incumbent to prepare accurate and detailed work papers and reports.
