Internal Wholesaler

Summary of Position:The Internal Wholesaler position requires the proactive outbound sales and marketing calls to both existing fee based producers as well as potential producers. This position will help drive new assets under management and grow revenue at our advisory platforms and fund direct through ITS’ various investment programs. The position will provide quality customer service to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities also include communicating platform information and sales procedures to producers, provide additional sales material to field while tracking and analyzing sales progress.Essential Functions:Develop new leads and service/prospect existing advisor client base through daily outbound calling. Generate qualified leads and adding leads to the database for sales and marketing purposes. Send appropriate materials to each new prospected registered representative.Assist the External Sales Representatives and Strategic Partnership Relationship Manager in all sales and marketing related initiatives including sales campaigns, due diligence meetings, conference calls, and general sales supportProvide follow-up to the External Sales Representatives and Strategic Partnership Relationship Manager regarding client meetings, prospected representatives, direct mail responses, web site inquiries and other sales oriented initiatives. Work with the said above to generate an updated pipeline of all top prospects, new clients and flow accounts on a weekly basis.Database (SugarCRM) responsibilities include: profile and qualify leads and prospects; add/delete fields as necessary; and maintain database – address, phone number, email, profile information, etc. and qualify information as “lead� or “contact� and any “opportunity� that they generate. Must update database with all information gathered from the External Sales Representatives and Strategic Partnership Relationship Manager or from prospect and client conversations.Assist in product rollouts strategies – coordinate mailings, write letters, write email communications, produce distributions lists and coordinate conference calls. Assist in sales projects including proposals and marketing efforts. Participate in sales management meetings.Minimum travel to assist with sales seminars and presentations. (Less than 10%)
